RO Report - ARES revamp in progress, New ARES time reporting

Hospital Drill - Jan 23, low notice exercise. 3 regional hospitals flooded. Surge level due to flu, worked with nursing homes to transfer patients, Landline service out in region. GF was only hospital that had radio support. Area schools were also an option. Would have wanted comms with more off-campus sites. 90 minute exercise, was able to try lots of things. Used e-find for first time.  Table-top exercises 3rd Wed of each month.

BoD - Presented plaque to Adam, 501c3 experts found, should have news next month.

Field Day - 1st meeting, Prospect, in parking lot, not at summit. 6 stations, 4 occupied, 1 open, plus the county bus. Cooking by Tony, Dave IT/mesh support, Tony will get cost, vote at next meeting. Dedicated radio per band, filtering, band management all oh hold, all stations should have HTs on secondary emergency freq - 146.58 and 7.58 should be in all of our radios

Test session on June 2nd - poss classroom at middle school thru Bernie
