     • Adam should coordinate meeting agenda on web site (items missing (old/new business) from meeting to meeting)
     • Donald should coordinate meeting topics on web site (maintain running list, "old business")
   • requests for additions to website (meeting topics, features, membership recruiting ideas, etc) should be via email
   • meeting notification emails (automation) with agenda
4. Old Business
   • Ratification of Constitution and By-Laws - unanimous
     • Vote: Must control operators be club members? 5-2 - Passed
     • Adam will step down as deputy radio officer when ratified
     • Constitution was voted upon and was passed unanimously
